Pet Model Application

Thank you for your interest in registering your pet as a model for future pet brand photoshoot opportunities.

This form is designed to collect important information about your pet to build a Pet Model Database. By completing this form, you’ll help me understand your pet’s personality, appearance, skills, and temperament so I can match them with the most suitable opportunities for photo or video shoots. I kindly ask that all answers are as accurate and honest as possible. The more we know, the better we can assess which types of shoots your pet may be a good fit for. 
Please note:

• You should live in the North West area – most shoots will take place in Cheshire/Manchester.
• Most shoots will take place on Monday – Friday between 9am-6pm.
• Completing this form does not guarantee work or bookings.
• Children cannot attend any bookings.
• Before your pet is put forward as a potential fit for a campaign, they may first required to attend an unpaid test shoot (in Warrington) to assess their suitability in a studio or on-location setting. This does not cost you anything.
• Your pet should be confident and dogs should have basic obedience as minimum. A sit and stay from a minimum 3m distance is essential. Cats should be confident in new surroundings. Unfortunately this isn’t suitable for pets with a nervous temperament.
• All confirmed bookings with brands will be paid and you will be provided with full details of the project and amount beforehand.
